Amazing that so few of the commentators take up the scary backside to all of this. Most people being stalked or other bad things are not criminals. The usual scenario is the other way around, ordinary decent people being stalked by criminals. Or even worse, states using this against their citizens, imagine the old Deutsche Demokratische Republik with tools like this.
(I spelled out DDR because people have a tendency to think they live in a democracy just because they are allowed to vote, believe me, various kinds of terrible regimes was/are very found of voting)
